Our new project kkg 43 is a multi-storey, prefabricated wooden frame construction with cross-laminated timber ceilings, elevator shaft in fire-resistant cross-laminated timber construction The precast reinforced concrete staircase running around the elevator shaft is statically supported by the “wooden elevator shaft”.

Boxxes supplies 15 completely prefabricated bathroom-boxxes, including all risers, risers and the horizontal fire bulkheads between the floors.

A particular challenge in the project is that the floor plan of each bathroom was designed individually by the architects.
The idea of this contradicts serial production - but we master the challenges with our “batch size one” planning & amp; Production process.
